How much are memberships?
Unlimited classes cost $150 per month. The two-classes-per-week membership costs $125 per month. View current terms and sign up in Zen Planner.
What should I wear or bring to my first class?

Are MMA, Yoga for Athletes, and Functional Movement classes scheduled?
